• 

  Step 1

  Start out with a white background.

• 

  Step 2

  Make vetical lines with the red polish.

• 

  Step 3

  For my thumb I polished the tip of my nail with the navy blue polish and added some stars.

• 

  Step 4

  For the rest of the nails I made a small navy blue rectagle and added some stars.

  Then used a top coat on all of my nails to make sure the stars did not fall off.
