my work is based on tutorial:

except that i used only 1 pair of trousers -women's size 46 ( i wear 38-40)

unfortynatelly i don't have 'before' picture.

2 - so, here is first skirt made of 2 legs. zipper is on the right side. there is no waistband as such, just the original lower hem of the trousers.
that was easy and fast projec.

3 - and the second made from upper part of the same pair of jeans. to fit the upper part of trousers to my size i had to rip off waist band and take in on the front and back side,rip off original front zipper and put it in the back. waistband was also sewn backwords. at the end i added ruffle.
