paint your rolls white inside and out let dry over night. cut into 1/4 inch pieces. dip into glue then into glitter then glue together with hot glue. decorate and add to it ...don't forget the hanger. I coiled the insert this year in all of them...it caught my fancy!!! loving this years snowflakes!
