This skirt was made like the standard circle skirt. The only difference is cutting out 16 different panels for your skirt. I am size 16 and my friend in it is about a size 6. Since I make the top in a drawstring style this skirt really can fit MANY sizes. Since it is nice a flowy hip size, thigh size, etc does not matter. Get universal size in one awesome piece!!!!
