Delicious Easter cakepops filled with Orange flavored cake Chocolate fudge Icing and crushed Pecan & Almond flakes
These Easter Cakepops are made of half an Orange flavored poundcake.
And I put some almond flakes and crushed pecans in the cake crumble and finished it off with a few tablespoons of chocolate fudge flavored icing in the mixture let it set for 30 min. in the fridge. And after that I rolled some balls with the mixture... The yellow chocolate cover on the cakeballs is white chocolate with some yellow food coloring. I first take a lollypopstick and dip it in the melted chocolate and then stick it in a rolled cake ball... Stick it in a piece of styrofoam and let the melted chocolate set in the fridge... The eyes are made of tiny balls made of black fondant and the beaks are made of orange fondant glued to the cakepops with some more melted chocolate :D (the cock's red parts are made of fondant and red colored chocolate) And Between procedures I put the cakepops in the fridge to harden the chocolate quicker!

Ghegheghe... Yeah I have to admit it is a catchy title... But I actually didn't know how else to call it without making the teasing phrase... But I'm not a native english speaker or writer so I guess I had a good excuse to name it this way ROFL!!! And ofcourse it is 1 cock and 8 chicks like in every chicken coup a harem of chicks! LOL Happy
