Horror Swap

For me, seeing the 4th season of my favorite horror show start up has got me into a scary crafting mood. Be it horror movies your into, supernatural books, or even just paranormal in general, this swap is for you!

If any of you remeber the spooky swap SparrowFea created months back, i will be borrowing some of her ideas for the structure of the swap.If any of you are interested please fill out this little survey so your partner will have a better understanding of what your into.Please only sign up if you have completed the newbie swap

* Favorite piece/pieces of horror literature:

* ( If applicable) Your favorite horror character, be it from a book, movie, or just a plain monster in general

If you have specific colour preferences, included them at the bottom of the list. Also include if you just hate something, like you would rather not have gore themed crafts for example.

As well i was thinking sign ups could last 2 weeks, so it gives tons of time for lots of people to join :p As for send out date, once we get people signing up, we can deside on what will be est for everybody, but normally a month past the sign up date will suffice.

Hehe Angel Eve, I was about to start this very swap, you beated me to it! ^___^

I'd say it's only right that I'm the first one to join ^____^

*Country, and preference of partner's country: Italy, no preferences for partner's country, will ship anywhere.

* Favorite horror themed show, and/or movie: I like Buffy (only the first, say, three series, when Angel disappeared I completely lost interest heheh), Supernatural and (not sure if it can be considered horror) Dresden Files.

* Favorite piece/pieces of horror literature: I'd say Stephen King and Dylan Dog, even though the second one is an Italian comic I'm pretty sure there's a movie about him coming out in the US.

* Your favorite horror character, be it from a book, movie, or just a plain monster in general: I like classic "gothic" monsters like vampires. I know, it's pretty generic. I'm also madly in love with the "Plants vs Zombies" videogame, does that count?

I also have a few items/idea for items that a Twilight fan would enjoy, so I'd like to be paired up with one if possible.

Well, you gave a 2 weeks' time frame to sign up. I guess people are just mulling it over before signing up, maybe waiting to finish other swaps etc.

I have to add, I'm on holiday from August the 2nd till the 16th-18th, so in that period I won't have regular Internet access. I don't want my partner to think I've flaked on her!

I just think horror shouldnt be restricted to a certain month:p As well i think your right Mary, people are just waiting and deciding. But i guess as long as us few are still up for it, we could have a little itty bitty swap

Also, I like scary versions of cute things like Hello Kitty, Alice (and characters), Harry Potter...

Edit: OH MY GOSH. I totally left out ghost and alien aspects. I love the movie Skeleton Key, voodoo things (but nothing real, please!), Ghost Hunters, X FILES!!! Not sure if it applies, but I love ancient Egyptian things (like mummies and the other things left in their tombs), classic flying saucers and other classic alien things

I like The Ring, Sweeney Todd, Nightmare before Christmas, Coraline..Uhhmm Did I mention Pretty much anything ZOMBIES...Serious love there. Queen of the Damned. The Grudge

I want horror! sounds fun I'm in!!

* Favorite horror themed show, and/or movie: this one is tricky, i'm looking at what other people call horror for ideas um... resident evil, nightmare before xmas, friday 13th, nightmare on elm street, The Walking Dead, Blade, underworld,

* Favorite piece/pieces of horror literature: i like the gears of war book, not quite horror, but they are my fave books atm, along with Zombies Ate My Chilean (done by planet ruskin comics, if anyone interested in this series message me and i'll send you a link to their info), The Walking Dead

* Your favorite horror character, be it from a book, movie, or just a plain monster in general. zombies, ghosts (ones that look fake, like pacman ghosts, ones that look like sheets), I like some of the hunters so Van helsing, Ryan reynolds in blade trinity (hannibal King), Jason, Freddy, Marcus from Gears of War (games and comic and books-serious crush on a fantasy bloke *blushes*), The good ole sherrif from the walking dead Rick Grimes, Lucian from underworld. vampires-hmm some, its kinda iffy so pref not anything like twilight PLEASE NO TWILIGHT or harry potter stuff (although the 3 headed dog is cool...), maybe magical scary creatures, monsters, zombies, dragons (not chinese style though), skeletons, the zombie cat on CO+K http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/zombie_kitty
