Crochet Help!

Hi. I want to learn how to crochet better. My grandma taught me the basics before she died, and now I have no one to teach me. My aunty also knows how to crochet but she can't teach me seeing as she's two provinces away. Happy I've tried looking it up on the internet but there's all these abreviations that I don't understand. I really want to crohchet some sort of hat becuase my dream is to make a hat that looks like a tomatoe. I know, awesome. But, I think it would be good if I could have one person I could ask questions too about crocheting. If you would like to help reply and send me a freind request? I promise I won't be too much of a pest! Tongue

I'm a self-taught crocheter and I have learned different stitches and how to make many different things from youtube. Teresa has great tutorials and she even does slow motion videos. I have subscribed to her feed.

Check out www.ravelry.com you've to sign up and then they'll send you an invite (they accept everyone, I don't understand the need for the invite) and there are a lot of patterns and tutorials and forum help available.
