Craft Fairs - advice needed!

Hi All,

I'm planning to hold a stall at a local craft fair for my amigurumi crochet creatures. I've never done this before so would welcome any advice from people who've done it before!

Thanks everyone!

Beth

Make sure that your stall stands out, but don't overdo it. Add some kind of decorations to the table that may compliment your creations or can be used as a display. The stall has to catch people's eyes and look appealing

thanks so much - I'm going to get a table cloth, probably a plain coloured one. Also going to cover boxes in paper to give different heights, might also use a cupcake stand. need some small shelves possibly. going to give a free cake pop with every purchase. what have you sold at craft fairs?

I have sold my jewellery at my estate's craft fair for the past 2 years and I've sold it at my school's market day. My typical table layout is: Dark red tablecloth, black jewellery stands (earring holders, necklace holders, etc), a pile of business cards, as well as my order catalog. It also helps if you have a sign with your stall's name or a bit of info on what you sell on a wall or whatever behind you, but don't put too much writing on it.
