cant add video to steps

hello

im kind of new here, and i only published one project so far, everything went well then, but today i tried to upload another project and when i try to add a video to one of my steps is not working... is show me: "loading"....... forever...
ive tried with firefox and google chrome and didnt work... any sugestion?
