I received Libby's items, she made me a bracelet from the buttons and beads (unfortunately its a teeny bit small) and a cute bunny doll from the fabric which is really well made, I wish I could sew as neatly as this!
I made Libby something similar, which she should get any day now, but its not as good a sewing quality as Libbys was :(
Next time i will try to be less ambitious- this is the lesson I have learned!
Will post pictures tonight.

I picked it up from the post office yesterday! Vicky made me some great items- i got a tiny triforce necklace, a lumpy space princess little feltie-so cute! Also a LSP notebook, which i cant wait to start using, and a Dangermouse shoulder bag. She also put in two massive bars of chocolate as an extra.

I've finally managed to get the pictures off my phone- here is the stash I got from Libby! Its a bunch of lacey material, some silver sequins and silver ribbon, some black elastic and some gothic style buttons and a skull necklace- the item is made and will be shipped Monday!

Birthday Grams!

The only thing I can think of though is perhaps finding a way so everyone gets a similar amount, so its a little fairer.
For example, some people who send out birthday grams all year round only got 1 or 2 items in return, where some got much more....
Perhaps just ensuring that everyone is commited to sending out internationally and sending out a birthdaygram for every birthday? You could create a list of people and keep on top of what was received, to make sure everyone sent one? And also perhaps send an overview to people so they know when and how many they expect to send so no one is caught out and has to flake...just an idea though.
Overall, its a really good idea though and it works pretty well- thanks for all your efforts thus far Libby!

Update from me- I beleive my newbie Beautasha has flaked as I have not heard from her in weeks.
My parcel to Lisa/Japzilla was taken to the post room at work but they were super busy, so I think it will probably go out Monday- cant complain with free postage though I guess!
