I agree with you kiddo, the scrathing is something I do and in some way it relieves anxiety, I dont know why but it does. Arty I am also depressed and have restless leg syndrome. My doctor advised Benedryl when I can not sleep instead of adding another RX to all my pills. Usually the meds for the leg syndrome knocks me out but makes me twitch the uper part of my body that wakes me up instead of my legs. I agree with all that the stress you have makes it worse and yoga or meditative breathing may help symptoms. Yet the root cause you still need to find. I hope you find the some relief.
