For my parent's anniversary last year I made them key chains with photos from when they were young out of resin :)
I also gave them gift vouchers for a movie & a voucher for a local restaurant so that they could have a nice date fully paid for & just enjoy themselves.

I was thinking about pencil skirt! thought it doesnt have much give on the fabric. I'm working on making it a two layer skirt :3 maybe a bit frilly :D

I bought a yard of this fabric - it was only 50 pesos a yard which is about a dollar. I'm thinking i should have bought two yards but I only got one.
I want to do something vintage inspired with it, but I can't decide!
I was thinking, flower brooch, maybe a coin purse...I dunno what to do XD what do you guys think?
I dont know how to put fotos in a post soooo....

you could always cut very small pieces of plastic to sew in between the felt - or go a bit overboard with a glue gun in between the two pieces to make it hard & stick up..yet..i dunno how washable :P

That's a fantastic idea O_O I'm gonna keep the clock idea in my pocked for her birthday so I have time enough to round up pretty supplies for it :D Also I totally agree...I wind up making really cutesy things that don't have a function..they're just pretty to look at or to wear for ladies :P

It's mothers day very very soon & It's also my boyfriend's birthday the week after.
We've been dating for over a year, and I've made him crafts from shells & sand we've collected from beaches, I made him a framed collage of our pictures, I've made him a printed shirt, a felt plushie
All very cheesy, he's not incredibly cheesy lol
I'm at a loss for what to make him that he'd really appreciate for his birthday coming up.
He's a professional Media Designer, a professional dancer jazz, hip hop & so on. He loves Mangoes & works from home. Has no particular favorite color since he's color blind.
As for his mom - I don't know her very well, she doesnt particularly love chocolate, she's a bit soft spoken, also not particularly sentimental. I've gotten her flowers, a teddy bear with soap & perfume.
I'm also at a loss :P
If you have any ideas - I would greatly appreciate it :)
