I'd say super mario world for snes for my all time favourite game. For my 'modern' choice, I'd have to say halo 3 hands down. :) Although there are a few floating about in the middle which come up pretty high on the rankings too... kirby's funpak, bomberman (ps1), crash bandicoot 3, resident evil 1, viva pinata, yoshis story... oohh god the list is endless!!!!
