I was raised to never have sex before marriage, and belive me it was ingrained into me before I was 10 years old.I did not have sex, smoke or drink or anay thing else.I got married at 16.STupid and that choice ruined a large part of my life.Some times I wonder what it would have been like if I had had sex beforer marriage.I know the man I married would not have married me.So my life would have to have been much better.I started smoking at 21 and never really drank till I was 40, then only did it off n on for a few years and didnt like it.I left my husband after 24 years and lived alone till I moved in with my youngest daughter 3 years ago.She is also seperated from her husband.I like it , mostly its peaceful.No one bothers me..smile.No beatings , no yelling, no cussing which i hate.Just her the kids ,dogs and me.I feel more at peace than i have for years, Idid not like living alone, but I do miss it some times..

How are you doing on learning to crochet? Made any thing yet.
My first couple of weeks were spent makeing swatches..lol.Same when i learned how to knit.helped me get use to holding the needles and hook and learn the different stiches, then I made baby clothes.smile

Needle felting help?

I really enjoy needle felting.I watched alot of videos on you tube and found lots of sites with great ideas.My favorite that I have made are my cashmere booties, I washed the wool and carded it and dyed it with kool aid and made them .I tried wet felting first, but I dont seem to be good at that , so I went to dry felting and got them done.

I did my first free hand embroidery on my kenmore.With a reg food and didnt drop the feed dogs, I used a tear away backing which made it easier.

Try thrift store, some great material in drapes for purses and stuff like that, you can also find fleece for softies in the baby blankies, I find a lot of material there , that is great for lots of stuff..

Been off my rocker

Thank you all so much.No I should never go off it.I know that..sigh.
But I have so much less energy taken it, that when i feel better I stop.I have to stay on it this time..I must.
The appt with the pulmonary Doc went well, he said I sound clear, but after so many years of having pneumonia every year my lung has lost their elasticity,I will be having more test in 3 weeks, yesterday I pulled a mucle on the left side of my back..I think i must laugh, it hurts to breath.smile.I got medication, thank goodness he gave me samples, my ins would not have paid the 300 for it..Thank goodness. He says that since i have got pueumonia so much , it could cause ocd , also I did smoke for year"s.But quit many years ago.Thank the lord. So Im praying it gets better and I can walk from one room to the other..smile.

I quit taking my antidepressant.I hate them, but I have not been doing good this last 2 mos, not only with the pneumonia, but I have been so depressed and unhappy, and angry.I know I should not stop taking them.At first I feel good then slowly It gets really bad till even I cant stand to be around me, and I cay all the time.Rant all the time.So I started back on them.Hope fully I will stay one them.Its hard to take some that makes u feel weird to make you stop feeling crazy.sigh.I have not done much crafts or any thing.I hope I will get back to doing some when I get over this lung thing.I got to the pulmonary spec tomorrow.Hope the results are good and can be taken care of.I have been worried, because It hasnt gone away for the last 2 mos.I have to stay in bed alot, hard to breath.But that is even better than it was..
Thank you for reading.I felt that I was going crazy without the antidepressants.
I feel alone and very sad.

I have a brother embroider sewing machine and kenmore sewing machine.The first was almost 400 dollars and is great.The kenmore was 200 and its great also.I love them both.My sister bought one of the cheaper brother sewing machine from walmart years ago and it lasted her for 12 years..She bought the same kenmore as mine and it was a piece of junk, she took it back and bought another walmart one.But mine is still running great.

I felt the same way when my mom died.My Dad sold the house they lived in and some one else moved in , let all the plants and trees I planted for her die, bit by bit, they let all that it was to her rot.It was way out on the desert and you have to haul your own water.Im sure those people could not haul water like my dad did, he had a large water hauler truck.But to see it like that just tore me apart.I hope it gets better for you.Im so sorry .

I love shrink dinks and felting.if you do a search online you will find a lot about both.I bought my first marino wool from hobby lobby, and my shinky dink material to.I also got shrink dink that you put in your printer and can cut it out..its really great fun, you can do family pic for key chains and such.
Since buying my first wool.I have found people that have goat and sheep and lama wool for sale and have bought alot of it.I have to find all my stuff to card and my needles since moving.Im still not finding it all..but working on it..smie..you will love both

I dont know how any one that really has an illness ,can in any way call it cool..oh my.I know to how it really is.Im so much better now than when I was younger, but I have been there and its not something a sane person would want.I hope you get away from those people.Terrible way to be about illness that is really bad to have..
