Try a hula hoop :) I've heard that they can be pretty good for your tummy, if you can keep it up that is. Dont know if it actually works or not but they're fun! Nikki I know how you feel about the whole only being able to jog a couple paces and being out of breath, I always feel kinda crappy when i get on our exercise bike and only last like two minutes. I used to be reasonably fit, so I just think wow what happened.
