Does anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to create new projects but the left hand side bar is missing the time and needs - so I can't publish anything.

can someone please explain how to upload a photo of a project for the main display? i.e the picture that shows the actual project, the box in the top right corner when creating a project.
I know it's probably really simple . . .
