I'd say you keep it simple with the colours and make one accent by painting flowers or so, then she could also more easily change it if she wants to :)

you could paint giant flowers on her wall, just a few, like tulips or so :) and maybe a more neutral color, I mean, a colour that is not bright pink, she might not like that anymore in 5 years :)
