Pastaccio? Maybe you meant pistachio? Anyways I use real cat whiskers to make plush cats :P My cat fro some reason use to shed her whiskers A LOT and I was weird and I kept them.

I found a journal at the dollar store but I'm still going to keep my eye out because the one I got only has 200 pages. I was hoping for a thicker journal.

Unfortunately I can't draw, but I have a duplicate of one of my national geaographics that has some nice inspirational images that I may also collage. Oh and ribbon, can never go wrong with ribbon :P

That sounds great! I'll print em out though since my handwritting is pretty terrible! how would I collage them? Do I just brush on some white glue? I've never done a collage (blushes)

Hello fellow craftsters, I'm in need of your help :)
I want to make my friend a journal for her birthday to encourage her to start writing again but I have no idea what to do. I'm going to buy a cheap journal from the dollarstore and decorate it but I don't know what to add to it to make it more personal and handmade. I was thinking of a collage but I have no magazines or anything to rip up :P

Do you cook / what have you been making?

I made over 200 cookies the other day to give to friends and family as Christmas gifts :) I made chocolate chip, sugar cookies, shortbread, and gingerbread. I wish I had taken pictures they were soooo purty but I ended up forgetting to take some.
I prefer baking but I very much enjoy cooking.
