craft room design ideas!

Also, in IKEA they had a spice rack that had bobbins of cotton in the spice jars, that looked good. And those IKEA glass jars with buttons in look really nice!
If you have the space you could set up a mannequin and your sewing machine, along with maybe a table ironing board?
Maybe have a corkboard with all pictures of things you've made and things you'd like to make?
My cousin has got a set of drawers she bought from a school that was selling loads of furniture and she painted it white then sand-papered it to give it a shabby chic look - that looks really nice.

I'm still yet to convince my parents to let me dye my hair (and raise sufficent funds so I can get it done properly at a salon) but I'll be getting it cut in the next couple of weeks.

I'm not sure that I'd get away with that colour for school (and there's the parents to convince!) So I was thinking I could dye it at the start of the 6 weeks holiday and by the end it would have pretty much faded and I'd just look a bit more ginger than normal? That's why I'd prefer semi-permanent.
Thankyou for the styling tips, I know it probably won't look like that when I do it, but I thought I'd ask for tips anyway, so I can atleast give it a go!

The first thing I notice about a boy is his hair, if a boy has nice hair that you can run your fingers through, it instantly makes him more attractive to me. Also a killer smile, nice eyes, I think muscles are hot, but they're not the first thing I look at. I love a lad who can make me laugh and smells really nice. Also if a boy can play guitar, ooooh, I love a guy who can play guitar.
I don't ask for much do I? :3

I'm getting my hair cut in a couple of weeks and I was thinking of getting it cut like this:
I was wondering how best to style it? I'm sort of going for a messy/spiky look at the moment, but I can never quite make it look that nice, also, my hair is pretty thin, so how can I make it look a bit thicker?
And I want to dye my hair this colour:
I was wondering if any of you guys had gone that colour and which dye you'd used? It's fine if it's only semi-permanent, I'd actually prefer it.

I like the colour of my eyes, my lips, my hair colour (it's like a ginger-blonde-brown creation) and my forearms, which seems like a weird one haha!

I don't like my hands, they're like baby hands and my nails are really small. It doesn't help that I bite my nails but still.
And my stomach is big and sticks out so I get self conscious about that.
And I've got stretch marks & big thighs.
I get a bit of hair around my belly button.
I've got a slight double chin, even though I'm only size 10 UK.
Oh God! I sound like a right 'un don't I??

I'm planning on writing all my favourite quotes onto a piece of fabric and making it into a skirt, I've got quite a few to be getting on with, but I was wondering if any of you have some good ones? They can be quotes, song lyrics, lines from films, anything! As long as they're happy/funny/cool and not too long I don't really mind.

You just practically described my school uniform! I hate it too! And I have to wear a blazer that's got padding in the shoulders and makes me look like an American Football player! ARGH!
It sucks I know, when we all swapped to disgusting clip-on ties we hated it, but y'know after a few weeks no-one even cared anymore. (Plus there's nothing funnier than seeing a chav in a clip on tie!) I'm pale so white isn't the best colour on me either, you've just got to make sure you do your hair nice, and have an awesome bag to help show your personality!

I've got a box for my fabric and sewing kit but it's kind of... overflowing and the lid doesn't fit on it anymore lol. And I've got jars for ribbon and buttons from IKEA. But when I'm crafting stuff gets everywhere, the amount of times I've found loose pins in my room is ridiculous!

i'm going to China in October and I asked before about how to make some money - thanks again for all your suggestions!
I would really like to make and sell some stuff around school though, so if you have any ideas I'd love to hear them! Please have a look at my projects and tell me what you think I could sell to people aged 11-16? i'm open to any suggestions really!
I'm going to sell cakes at parent's evening aswell but if you've got any Chinese baking I'd be up for trying it!
Anything with a chinese theme would be good but it doesn't have to have one!

I took my English early, can I still do it at A-Level?

I took my English GCSE in November Year 10 and got an A! So happy! xD
But I think I'd like to study it at A-Level, will they still let me do it even though I won't have studied it for 18 months?
My target was an A* so I can resit in the summer if I want, but I'm pefectly happy with an A and even if I do resit I still won't have done English Language in a year by the time I'm doing my A-Levels.
Can I still do English Language at A-Level?

New Years Resolution?

i want to stop biting my nails - so I've painted them and I'm chewing loads of gum to help me stop. i've tried loads of times before but I'm hoping I'll stick at it this time!
And I want to take up some kind of exercise so I can buy a crop top/bikini for the summer. I've got a good workout plan I just need to get off my bum & do it!
There's loads of other stuff I want to do (ie. write a book) but those two will do for now :)
