It sounds like your 2nd child might have a learning disorder (it sounds like what i did when i was little, i was diagnosed with Autism) and im suprised the doctors didn't think it might be a neurological disorder.

My mom lived in Seattle and its very windy,cold and rainy, but she liked it there. I visited there and i loved it too. I'm going to live in the Portland metro area so you can say im close to it.
