Right now, I'm shoving Smackdown vs. RAW 2010 (I love its create anything-modes ;) ) and Dragon Age: Origins into my PS3.
I still gotta finish Fallout 3 and Ghostbusters....and inbetween I play some Street Fighter IV, in preparation for Super Street Fighter IV, scheduled for February. Yeah, so much games, so little time, though I have more leisure during the holidays.

Katamari Forever is kind of a best-of game, some old, revised levels, some new stuff. It's nice and all, but it's definetely not as revolutionary as the first two games of the series (Katamari Damacy and We Love Katamari)...solid, but with the feel that I've seen it all before ;).
Played the Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2-demo yesterday and Konami's Zombie Apocalype. I'm a bit disappointed with Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, doesn't feel as smooth as the other games in the series for me... *shrug*

geeky collections

Collecting something is indeed a very satisfying and exciting hobby, especially if you're collecting stuff which you can never turn into a complete collection (because of expensive prizes, scarceness of items or there are simply too many things of them to get 'em all - like pencils or plastic bags ;) ).
You're excited for every new piece and you're always searching for new ways to make your collection bigger and more satisfying. I guess we all collect stuff more or less because of our human nature which includes always striving for new things and goals to achieve.
Well...I used to collect ballpoint pens, since every awful corporation or small family business prints some of 'em for advertisement, so you can easily build a collection of some thousand pens, if you're persistent enough ;).
Nowadays I am collecting mainly action figures (SOTA Street Fighter, Transformers Classics/universe deluxe line, etc.), retro video gaming systems and games (a hobby I share with my gf) and some mangas.

It really seems to be a nice game, I played the demo one week
ago and the atmosphere of the game was thrilling and pretty dark.
I still do not know though whether I should buy it, there is so
much other good stuff and so little time on my hands for playing

I play bass, though I don't get around to play nowadays, just too busy.
I played in a Hardcore Punk band for some years and another weird pop culture-satire/HC/Punk-band...that was lots of fun ;).
Everyone should give playing an instrument a try....I like the DIY-idea of Punkrock.. :).

Usually I don't have much time to play nowadays, but after presenting a new project and being told it's okay..I took the week end off, and had time to play for some hours :).

Street Fighter IV (I absoluetly hate that lag you have in online gaming....when the timing is off in a fighting game you're pretty much screwed...)
Rock Band 2/ Guitar Hero World Tour
Sacred 2 (not much though...repetitive side quests, bugs and bit of a boring story didn't keep me interested for long)

Hell yeah...I'm a man and even I love those customizable little sackpeople.
I think sackboy will become an gaming icon, as LBP is one of the few PS3-exclusive games which is really worth buying. If it wasn't for those awkward controls and jumping physics, it would even be better.

If you liked it, be sure to try out the new fifth installment of the series. I tried the demo from the US PSN-Store last week which offers you two trial scenarios that you can also play with another person online. It's pretty much like a slightly improved version of RE4, but the coop-mode is what really makes me want to buy it...lots of rescuing each others' butt there because of a boatload of zombies and the chainsaw maniacs lol.

Jep...collecting gaming systems is awesome, especially buying old ones which you never could afford or get as a kid (cause your parents told you you already had one, and that's enough! ;) ).
My all time fave has to be my really old EU-NES, as it really defined me as a console gamer, after playing with my Atari VCS 2600 and C64 beforehand.
I also still got my old SNES, PS One and PS2 at home. From the old generations I've bought some stuff from other collectors who had to give up their collections and flea markets: Atari 7800, Master System 1, Master System 2, Mega Drive, Genesis, Pong only console.
As I collect them together with my girlfriend, when we put our old stuff together, we also have a Gameboy Advance SP (Mario Edition), Game Boy Micro, oldschool Game Boy(x2), Game Boy Pocket and Nintendo Gamecube.
For the current gaming systems, I also own a Nintendo DS and a PS3 and I can't wait to get Street Fighter IV next week ;).

German is really hard to learn compared to some other languages...all those rules and exceptions. Even scientific reports and are written in a waaaay more complex manner than in ENglish. It's almost like it's a seal of quality in German science if your published work is barely understandable and trying to tell you simple things in an unneccessary complicated way ;).

Love it...but there are far too many good bands playing Horropunk or Psychobilly out there to list them all. ;)
I should get my old lazy bones up more often to go and see some shows, as there are pretty good ones coming near my town pretty frequently(yeah..I'm getting old, I still haven't realized, that I finished University). It's also nice when your girlfriend loves that music as much as you do, so you can hit those shows together :).

Punkrock all the way...I just can't stand those emo-dos...and don't even get started on the music. Well, it's just not my cup of tea and has never been, everyone should be allowed to listen to anything they like(even emo! ;) )...just not in the same room with me ;)
