I received an amazing happygram from Kimmi today! She sent me a really sweet cupcake card (which I'm guessing might be handmade, but it almost looks to perfect), a cute little heart cut out, and a beautiful decoden-themed bracelet. I love everything so much! Thanks a ton, it really did brighten my day :D

it sounds like u may have pulled a tendon. i've done that once while i was kick boxing and it hurt like hell, was very swollen and kinda blue. everyone has different pain levels though so if this isn't normal i'd go get it checked out. you could just have a sprain though which also would cause the same symptoms. get an icepack and keep it on ur foot for 20mins on and off throughout the day, also try to stay off it for a day or so if u can.

To Jenevieve, Just do It! even with the people around.. I went to the roller coaster park with my son and some kid was smoking pot down the hill, this is totally not allowed in this park, but nobody said nothing!! It's peer pressure reversed.....lol You may see people but they may not "see' you ;)

I learn karate (I'm in the third brown belt I'll be taking the second one next year) and I have to FIGHT!! Of course. And I got hurt, my foot got swollened really bad (now it's a little bit better) and UGH I KEEP GETTING HORRIBLE FOOT CRAMPS!! IT FEELS LIKE MY MUSCLES ARE TWISTING OR SOMETHING !! IT MAKES IT WORSE BECAUSE OF THE SWOLLENED PART! I can't take the pain anymore so if you have anything please do tell me :D and I haven't gone to the hospital yet. Should I??
