This is a petition asking for the maximum sentence on the guy who hit my Dad please sign and share in anyway possible on facebook or anyway you have access the petition gives you the opertunity to read about my Dad and the situation and decide if you want to sign.

The same thing happened to my 16-year-old nephew last September. :( I'll make sure to sign as soon as I get to a computer since I'm on my phone right now.

Hopefully this will cheer you up: Judges hate drunk drivers. The guy who killed my nephew got the maximum.

I have zero sympathy or tolerance for people who drive drunk. I used to work with people who thought it was fine, joked around and wanted me to feel sorry for them when they got a DUI. My best friend's long time boyfriend was killed by a drunk driver. She had to speak at his sentencing and it really tore her up.

thank you all this means alot to me!!! we are hoping for the maximum sentence naturally but at the very least we are hoping they do not offer him a plee. It's is a subject that touches many people and I hoping for thousands of signatures

Drunk drivers don't deserve plea bargains, and they don't deserve a lowered sentence.

The case for my nephew was finally settled last week so everyone can mourn without having the added drama of a trial in their lives.

I hope the man who killed your father will get maximum.

im sorry to hear about your father, losing anyone is tough but a dad is something completely different he is the one who teaches you wright from wrong he shows you how to ride a bike or how to play sports, he is the one who shows you what kind of man you are meant to have in the future. n oone deserves to have a father taken away from them, im so sorry you nwill be in my thoughts x

One of the other men he hit had scrapes and bruised and the other had broken limbs and back but My Dad was the 3rd bike he hit and was hit head on...

I am so sorry that so many of you have lost people to drunk drivers as well...Monika I am so glad your family got justice (although I know it never seems like enough but it's what the law allows)and I really appreciate everything you have said...

Done! My husband's cousin lost her husband of 3 days on their honeymoon this way. And I can't believe that Michigan just passed a no helmet zone law.
