Halloween is coming up soon, and i like to make my costumes so i need to get started NOW! I thought it could be cool for us to swap ideas for costumes by seeing what everyone else is going to be and share picures of our costumes now, or awesome ones from past year.

ok I'll start first even though i have no idea what i am going to be!

This was my costume from two years ago.

i want to make wizard of oz costumes for my kids this yr

cowardly lion
and scare crow

but i think they want to be super heros and a princess

what kinds of things are you into as far as holloween gos what do you like i dont have pics but i might have ideas

I am SUPER EXCITED because I get to dress up at work this year- I've never had a job where it was ok to dress up (I work in a restaurant now.) So I have to come up with something fun, but also not super slutty. I'm thinking of being Jem (cartoon from the 80's, for you youngsters out there.)

I probably won't be doing anything except pretending that im not home when we get knocks on the door lol

I probably can't dress up at work, but I will wear my traditional bat headband... with little bat bobbles!

Last time I dressed up it was midnight and Harry Potter was coming out. Though I didn't like that as much, because the movie had come out and everyone looked like the movie characters and there was a lot less imagination.

I might go as a samurai. I've always wanted to do that, and I haven't yet.

Dj Sparkles - I just realised that the picture is of Jem! I didn't look properly yesterday! I had one of the videos and in it they drived through this wall into their own fab studio! and there was that rival band too! It was so good lol

I don't have any pictures but the last year I dressed up I went as Wednesday Addams. It looked pretty cool, actually.

I don't know what I'll dress as this year, I'm hoping to go out with Tim but I dunno where so it may be a theme thing. I'll have bleached hair then though, which will affect things

I'll see if i can get some snaps of me last halloween, but i won't be a promising because i'm camera shy.

DJSparkles Jem sounds amazing. I am thinking of going as the girl from the future and making a dress made from dvds and usb cable jewlery

Oh I love Halloween! I usually trick-or-treat every year, but last year i was sick, so it was the first time i'd never been!! AHHH!! Not sure what my costume will be this year, but here's my costume from 2 years ago.... mom's too! She goes with me because we're just that silly. Tee Hee!! If you're wondering what the heck she was.... well. she's a ''Happy Camper'' !!



And this shows just how much glitter i was covered with. You can see it better when the mask comes off. :P

AS i can dress up at work, and we have a halloween party at a bar afterwards, im going to be Cinderella, and have two costumes, one for work (that fits with the work costume code :ie, no long sleeves, nothing expensive, nothing that covers your face, nothing to grossume, nothing that can be taken as a sexual costume, able to wear your name tag, be able to have your hair back, and no long wigs. ) And i also have to wear an apron, so i figured i'd be cinderella with her wicked steps at work, and than at the party i'd tottally dress up, and im making a mask to go with it :D YAY!

I have always loved making my own costumes, a couple years ago I put together a Joker femme costume and my sister was batgirl.





the next halloween, I got really into Rocky Horror and made myself a Columbia costume.

OMG! I love them!!!! i went to the rocky horror audience participation last month, with my boy and parents.

I want to dress up this halloween. I have my fingers cross to be out of the wheelie(wheel chair) by then. I start physical therapy next friday! woot!

me and my friend are doing a masqueraid theme. We are going to wear feathered masks and ball gowns

Well I'm being Checkered Girl [I'm going to have checkered pants and shirt and a vest and hair pins and eyeshadow and listick and shoes and a bag and bracelets and sunglasses and EVERYTHIGN checkered!]

But LAST year was SUPERDUPERFUN!

I was a cannabalistic baby-eating catholic school girl! :D I've got a few pictures, but I'm to lazy to track them down :D It was amazing though :D


AND ROCKY HORROR! THATS AMAZING. My friensd and I were going to do that, but then my friends broke up with her boyfriend who was apart of that group.. and everything just kind of died... lol. But it would be amazing!

I was going to be Magenta and have my X be Meatloaf, but that died as well :D


But I kind of have halloween multiple times a year... seeing as how I dress up for people's birthdays.

Like on the 22nd, I'm going to be a mime comemorating Marcel Marceau's death last year :[

And the 18th I'm going to be HALF jimi hendrix and HALF aleasha [because its when my friend aleasha's birthday is, and when jimi hendrix died... ]

and yea... I do a lot of stuff like that. Its fun
