okay, so i want to take one of my tv episodes off my I pod touch. I unclick the episode that i dont want on my ipod on the 'my Ipod' section and click apply. Every time I click apply, a window comes up telling me that to continue, i tunes must delete all of my apps! this has happened ever since i got my i pod and i tunes and i have never been able to put photos on my i pod because of it! I obviously dont want to delete all of my apps, so how do i stop this?

also,does anyone know how to download standard definition videos when you have bought high definition ones from Itunes?

I don't know anything about the first problem, so I can't really help you there, unfortunately.
However, I am almost positive that you can't download the standard definition videos if you purchased the hi-def ones. I believe you only have access to the hi-def if that's what you bought.
