Alternative modeling

My sister in law has been thinking lately about getting in alternative modeling though we're not sure exactly sure where to start.
Are ere any sort of sites we can check out?
We live in Florida, so it's not exactly, as far as we know, the pla with a bunch of modeling agencies.

Try modelmayhem. I've been eyeing it up for a while now. Seems like a pretty good site for getting into the scene.

It's quite difficult to get into alternative modelling, well for me anyway. There are only 4 alternative modelling agencies in South Africa, all in Cape Town (a 13 hour drive from where I live). I'm busy building up my portfolio as much as possible, because I'm moving there at the end of next year.

First though, you'll need a portfolio. Do photoshoots with photographers who are qualified and start collecting "samples" of the shoots you have done. It'll help you become recognised.

I hope this helps! =]

I'm in the same boat as you. Florida doesn't really have anything

I did a photoshoot a while ago, and the photographer suggested I check out modelmayhem.
