I would take it to the shop. Um I had this camera and it had a blur too and I forgot about it later on and it died! THE END !!! So um I recommend taking it to the shop because if there is a solution the lens might be ruined

If it's on the outside of the lens, you can probably wipe it off with any lens-cleaning tissue available from a camera store. If it is inside, your best bet is to take it to the shop because if it's a scratch you will need a new lens.

If it is indeed on the outside, make sure you use a lens tissue as anything else might be too rough.

Best take to shop and get advice - if it is dirt then they may clean for you free of charge. In a photograpy shop they will sell the correct cleaning solution (others like glasses cleaner would probably do but best to be safe) and tissue. Camera lenses are often coated and the coating will probably be fairly fragile.

If the camera is still under warrenty do not hesitate - take it back!
