Cross Stitch Pattern Maker

I found this brilliant pattern maker for all those cross stitchers who are fed up of drawing squares on paper. Let me know what you think. I'm giving it a go at the moment. Here's the link Happy

I have some software that does it lol. There is also a site which has free graph paper as pdf documents, but I can't remember the name off the top of my head (I lost a lot of bookmarks in a freak phone synching incident=/)

Could do with some of that paper Lol.

I tried out the site and it's quite good for a freebee. It's a bit limited on the size but I just split my design in two. It gave a size option or a stitch count. Only problem I found was that it only worked in 14 count.

Now you're stalking me again Happy

I had a little google (not a euphemism) and I found the site=)

It's deffo worth getting some software, I use PM XStitch Creator, it covers every stitch count and has a database of all the major thread brands. You can print charts in symbols of colours or both and you get a thread list to take shopping=)

I think you're stalking me;)

Thanks Laurel. I will check it out. Didn't have much chance to look round. I'd made a design for a mate for a christening pressie and she's just had the baby. Had to wait for the date so I could finish it. Lucky they knew it was a girl and had chose a name! Happy
