Kawaii cupcakes are cute but you might end up with a little someone asking for cupcakes all the time ;) lol

How about little rainbows, clouds and stars? Something like this?

Maybe something like this: <a href-"http://www.soyouthinkyourecrafty.com/1999/01/rollie-pollie_28/">Click</a> done in Kawaii fabric?

<a href-"http://www.etsy.com/listing/78560340/kawaii-fabric-assortment-12-yard-of-each?ref=sr_gallery_7&ga_search_submit=&ga_search_query=Kawaii+Fabric&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_noautofacet=1&ga_search_type=supplies&ga_facet=supplies">Click</a> I love this fabric Happy

Also you could do a DIY dry erase picture frame with Kawaii fabric or Paper in it ( I did a super easy tut for this) if your daughter is very young you may want to use plastic instead of glass for the frame Happy

also found : <a href-"http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/kawaii-Cartoon-DADA-5pc-Animal-memo-mini-note-box-cube-/200653417927?pt=UK_Stationery&var=&hash=item746c0df7ad#ht_1108wt_905&clk_rvr_id=271406569900&afsrc=1">Click</a>could go on a cute desk? or if your wanting to DIY a lot of the room here's a great desk alternitive:
<a href-"http://ana-white.com/2011/09/flip-down-wall-art-desk-0">Click</a>

and lastly <a href-"http://www.etsy.com/listing/62406936/amigurumi-pattern-crochet-happy-weather?ref=sr_gallery_8&ga_search_query=kawaii+pattern&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=2&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title&filter%5B0%5D=handmade">Click</a>

I could probably go on..

Are there specific Elements you want included in the room?

Like other than bed/dresser what sort of furniture do you want and such?

Keep the furniture plain and simple and all one colour, then go crazy with cute cushions, Plushies, figures, decor, paintings, wallpaper bedspreads etc. that way if you ever want to chance the theme again you don't need new furniture.
