Favorite brand or type of resin

I really like making jewelry with resin and have sampled a few different kinds but I was curious to see if any other resin crafters had a favorite brand or type (epoxy, polyester) resin to use and what type of crafts do you make with it?

i have only used resin once and the one i used was Kars Crystal Clear resin with Kars Mek-Hardener. I found it was pretty good and when hardens lets you know if you put too much hardener in it (turns slightly yellow). I only used it once because the stuff absolutly stinks!!!!

I make a lot of resin jewellry, mainly using pictures , or steampunk components, so it's shallow casting I do.
I use Envirotex Lite, and if I can't get that I use Crystal Sheen.
They are both very good.
I have just bought some Ice Resin, but haven't used it yet.

I actually use ultra thick embossing enamel [UTEE] in lieu of resin.... Its a very flexible medium because you can use it in jewellery, papercrafts, and small sculpture.
Basically its just a powder that you get hot (with a hot plate or heat tool) that turns into hard plastic after it melts.

I've been using Resin8 recently which works pretty good. The only part I struggle with is measuring out such small amounts and getting the weight in grams! Any tips?
