Am I the only early christmas crafter??

I have already began to gather ideas for my christmas presents and have even started to make some! Has anyone else? Happy

You are not alone.

I started awhile back. Just finished my gifts for my co-workers.

Yeah I've started getting idea and supplies together too. I'll be moving in December, so my craft supplies will be boxed up, I'm trying to get things done before then Happy

I started mine this past weekend. I like to make sure I have enough time to complete all my projects and time to redo/edit them if needed.

I've started as well, but mostly I'm just collecting ideas.

Good to know I'm not the only one Happy Btw would love it if we could all post pics of our presents/projects that we're making. If you can't post pics then just list the projects you're making!

...So although I said I was only really getting ideas together, I have started making one thing. And that is a crochet book! I'm making it for my mum because she loves crochet and I thought it would be really nice and personal if I hand-picked a collection of (crochet) patterns for her. And so far most (if not all!) the patterns I have borrowed from this lovely site so thanks you very much to anyone who posts crochet patterns!! Happy

I started in June and finished last weekend, home made chili oil, mulled wine, hot choc dippers and raspberry vinegar! Done!

@ Kt Bing: that sounds amazing!!!

I have started trying to figure out what I am making for everyone this year. I usually try to make things functional AND aesthetically pleasing. One year I made blankets. The next year I made body pillows to go with the blankets. One year I made food stuffs (always a winner). ...this year though I am stumped. So it is taking a while. So, yeah, I am at the brainstorming stage. Happy

I am going to be making themed sets for everyone... probably skincare goods and such.
I also made some coffee liqueur which I want to build gift baskets around.

I've been collecting stocking fillers and putting small items away all year. I like to spread the cost (and crafting time of xmas). I've made one present already: a crochet headband and fingerless glove set, and have listed ideas for all the other gifts I want to make.

@Willow bon bon: you can also try ravelry for crochet patterns (if you haven't already): https://www.ravelry.com Thats where a lot of mine come from.

I started months ago Happy (trying to keep the festive spirit on the go as long as possible!) Have my cards and most of my decorations all made and pressies are well on their way to being finished although i think I may have a christmas crafty weekend involving mulled wine and the muppets christmas carol in order to get them all totally finished!
