Help! How would I make this?

I have tons of old long sleeve shirts and want to make this wrap but do not have a sewing machine or extra money.l Can anyone think of a no sew way to make this?? Something similar would work too.

Thanks in advance =)

(Oh if you do this, I don't know if it will work, I havn't done it, it could turn out completley horrible, and I would also use a big shirt with long sleeves)Uhm, of course I have never done this but you could first do the neckline part of the shirt, just cut it it right off the front then cut it down the middle and cut it off where i you want it to end, like to make it shorter. Then if it can tie around you, tie, other wise you could handsew the extra from the bottom scraps on carefully in a similar shape, I don't know if I helped, at all, but I tried Happy

It wouldn't take much, if any sewing, to get a long sleeved t-shirt to look like that. All it would require is some cutting (see the ever-popular tshirt shrug tut here) and some stretching.
