Ok I know Halloween is far away but I want to make sure everything is perfect by then. I have a TON of water bottles and can easily get more from friends and wanted to use them to make this:

I have a question, why water bottles? Im sure you could cut them and use a lighter to soften the edges and like glue them together. but erm, think of using somethin else?

I just had a ton sitting in a bag. My sister told me to make it with paper mache but I think that would be waaaay heavy after all the many layers.

Do both. Use the bottles and some tape to create the main bulk of the head then Papier-mâché to cover and shape it. If you're worried about the weight, then fill in with crumpled plastic bags and cover with Papier-mâché using tissue, toilet, or thin paper towels instead of newspaper. Unless the entire form is hollow (which you could do with some wire mesh and the Papier-mâché) there's going to be some weight to the piece. The question to ask is...is it going to light up? Cuz that would just be cool XD

oh! well if it was to light up that would make SO much sense

Great idea! I think filling it with plastic bags is wicked eco friendly and perfect. I totally was thinking of little led candles to put in the mouth/eyes/horn.

Ugh my friend is trying to take over my project. (he is a prop maker for movies/theater/his business)

Well, then, your first project (obviously) is to duct tape his hands together and shove him in a closet before you get started Happy
