Uses for marbles

I've just found a huge box of marbles - can you think/sugges any creative uses for them?

Maybe use a thick kind of glue and glue them on a flowerpot?

Someone made a necklace on here a couple days ago using marbles and tulle! I thought it was super pretty!

Marble paintings! Very simple, but so fun. Just tape a white sheet of paper into the bottom of a box and throw a marble that has been dunked in paint onto the paper. Roll around and voila' instant art! Happy

Another vote for necklace or be daring and try a bracelet, earrings, or belt with the necklace method. Could glue them to ring blanks for an interesting ring. Put them in clear vase and put a nice floral arrangement or nice button floral arrangement in the vase for some stylish decoration. Put them inside of dolls you sew, crochet, or knit to give them some weight. You could crochet a casing or make a wire casing for them to make necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or even a belt. I like using them in vases to hold flowers upright. (I use blue or green ones in vases with fake flowers to look like water)

You could use wire to make wire cages or buy some from a craft shop or beading website like www.beadsunlimited.co.uk0 they have brilliant bead cages ready made Happy

i would put them in a jar or vase, then put moss on top, and make a little garden ^^

If you know any one with Cherry Shrimp - marbles are great for the bottom of the tank. Sorry its not crafty but it is an idea.
