I've been getting really in to salads recently and was wondering what ingredients you love to put in yours? I'm a big fan of pumpkin, sweet potato, goats cheese and nuts!

I like red onions, grated carrots, white mushroom slices, and my favorite add-in for salad is a sliced hard-boiled egg. Top it all off with sweet vidalia dressing and it's yumtastic.

They all sound so good! I love to add in pine nuts, tuna fish, small pieces of raw onion, and green peppers with whatever salad dressing I have on hand.

I love it with celery, carrot, apple, croutons and mango vinaigrette! It's massive :D

I like Caesar salad so any thing crisp and fresh would be nice

In my favorite homemade salad are cucumbers, onions, tomatos, shredded carrots, black beans,corn, bits of bacon, cheese an mixed greens, with ranch dressing. Yum :)

i tend to just forget about the lettuce element of a salad and just go for everything else..
feta, chicken, grilled scallops, salmon, shrimp, red pep, cuke, grape tomatoes, nuts, dried fruits..etc.etc.
