Use volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Organic stuff will work the best.

That's my favorite brand to use. I use the tea tree mint shampoo and coconut milk or awapuhi ginger conditioner. I already have thick hair though so my combo is one that doesn't volumize.

Unfortunatly you can't actually do anything for thin hair. Its always going to be thin. You can spend money on volumizing products that will just give your hair lift and you can blow it out, but it will always be thin. That's genetics- you can't change it.

If you take showers in the morning, try blow drying your hair upside down for more lift.
If you take showers at night, try putting your hair in a big bun on the top of your head, then when you wake up, take it out and it should be nice 'n voluminous.
Those are my personal solutions since I'm pretty cheap and don't like spending too much money on hair products.

What worked for me is: I stopped shampooing my thin hair. I started the no poo method: 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 8 oz of water shake it up into a spray bottle. I use 2 -3 days a week and also condition with Suave conditioner with shea butter everyday because my hair is very dry. If I find my hair getting greasy I make up a second spray bottle of the baking soda and water mixture and add about 1/2 teaspoon of sulfate free shampoo to the mixture. This has helped with dandruff too. You can also add a couple drops of tree tree oil to your mixture which is good for dandruff and soothes the scalp. I have been getting compliments on how long my hair is and how much fuller it is. I must be doing something right ha ha. I hope this was helpful : )

Coconut oil is supposed to help with dandruff and it helps support hair growth. I also use it on my face and it helps my skin be less red and oily too. It is wonderful Happy (plus it's only $10 for a big container so it lasts forever and you only need to use a little bit)
