So, I've been wearing a lot of dark makeup lately, and I'm getting kinda bored with what I'm doing.

That's pretty much what I usually wear, but I'm just getting bored with it (even though I love it♥).

I usually wear it with really dark purple (almost black) lipstick.

Anyone know any pretty, dark looks that aren't completely black?
(All the ones I've looked up are usually really black or involve a LOT of eyeliner.)

I just have a few more punk and gothic outfits and I digg wearing them with really dark eyes and lips :p

Maybe you could try the look in my picture? Or I have a valentines day inspired look that's kinda dark. Those are both in my projects. Orr....you could try to use deep shades of brighter colors you like. Hope I helped.

have you tried royal blue or purple shadow?

Light eyes- Bold lips



Smokey Grey Eyes - Neutral lips.



Smokey brown eyes- Pale lips



Nude Eyes- Purple lips

I suggest not using a black lipstick as it tends to make lips appear small- wear a deep red- like a garnet colored lipstick- something with a slight brown tint and a brown smokey eye. Light on the eyeliner. I'd probably go with a light eyebrow vs. a heavy one unless you go nude on the eye- if you go with a nude eye I'd go with a heavy eyebrow but natural in its shape. I know somewhere in all us goth girls we want to look like Princess Lily but that doesn't mean we have to have a uni-brow.

I still haven't found another dark eye/dark lip pairing, but some of the pictures inspired me to do a completely different makeup look♥ (which is ten times better then finding an everyday look, in my opinion♥♥♥)
