Amazing Art: I want to make this, how would you do it?

Another idea for this, might be, to use a pull down window shade, and instead of cutting completely, just use a needle ( or a nail, for bigger holes) & make a dotted lines around the edges of your design. - or use a stencil on the back side and press the designs into the shade, to look like its 3D, like embossed, and then use a razor blade cutter, to cut ½ the designs, on one half of each design- During the daytime, it will be lit up - If you want it lit at night you could get a battery operated tube fighting like the kind they use under cabinets(IKEA) and put the LED lights in the window sill. - TAAA-DAAAA- window art!!!
