IDk what your definition of Pop Art is...I typically think of Andy Warhol. If that is what you mean then maybe you could do some celebrity prints, but instead of Marilyn Monroe and Jackie Kennedy you could do modern actors.

Try first drawing a person you love from a photograph, but do it to suggest their inner character. You see, curved lines are feminine, straight, angular lines are masculine, and diagonal orientation of parts of the drawing make it look exciting and action packed. The nature of the lines of the drawing should tell more than just the picture itself. If you want to do something blocky, like Warhol's Marilyn Monroe, still keep the line concept in mind to make it personalized, just do it with the edges of the blocked areas. You could try one of my favorites and look at a regular object and draw the negative space. I'm sure you know this but negative space is the air around and in the object, like with a wooden chair you would draw the empty places between the slats in the back rest and around the outside too. That is always fun. Anything can be pop art if done right. And in art, there is no limit as long as there is meaning.
