Yeah, one time I got a friend request and I left it, and I think three days later it said I had one, with the red bubble and white one, but other then that it never tells me :(

haha, oh my, you just solved the question i had in my head for some time now! i just wondered why i don´t get anymore friend requests, so after reading this i went to that page and i had a ton of unaccepted requests from so many people!! i´m so sorry that i didn´t accept them earlier but i simply didn´t know about them. as you all said, there was no little red number next to the friends button...

I received a message the other day telling me they sent me a request and please respond. I didn't know what they meant so I was going through all my posts to see if any comments were left on any of them (I find the lack of notification when your profile or projects receive comments annoying personally,). Finally I checked my friends requests and saw a ton of them! I felt so bad because I had no idea.

Fail, I didn't even realize there were friend requests on this site. Just checked, and whaddya know, I had people who probably requested me a million years ago.

pinkweeds, i agree with you about the notification thing, i also think it should include comments! I answered the recent newsletter and included that on my (short) list, maybe it will be appreciated :)

where is that even at now? I have looked, it is probably right in front of my face, but I am looking over it.
