Come behind the scenes at Nur noch and see Ronja's bedroom / craft room in Hamburg, Germany.
I love my bedroom because of its big window and its high ceiling. Earlier this year I painted the entire wooden floor in my flat white and I also have white walls. This way every room in my flat is always bright and I have the best lightning in my bedroom/craftroom to take pictures for my blog, at least until 2pm.
Nora recreates the dramatic black & red look of Amy Lee from Evanescence.
I've chosen Amy Lee of Evanescence because she's my style icon. I love her mainly red and black look ( as seen in many of my own projects) She's beautiful, talented and successful, and her style is easily replicated as although dramatic, it's basically quite simple.
Cheryl recreates the costume of Hermione Granger from Harry Potter for today's Halloween look.
Hermione Granger has always been one of my favorite characters - she has ideal characteristics such as intelligence, courage, and wit. While being all of these, she still manages to be put together effortlessly. She isn't concerned with looks, but she always looks good. Her natural face, bold eyebrows, and that wavy hair help to make the grey pleated skirt and Gryffindor cloak she is used to wearing into more of a statement. Though her outfit is simple, she is so much more.
Helen creates a bat inspired costume for today's Halloween DIY The Look.
I love bats, I love the way they flit across the sky in a seemingly random manner and at such a speed that you can never get a good look at them. They're mysterious, cute and a tiny bit scary...I'd like to pay homage to these nocturnal acrobats by creating a really cool bat costume. You could dress all in black and hang upside down but that could be a little difficult and give you a headache. Alternatively you could piece together a much more imaginative costume; you'd need a cool pair of wings and some neat ears of course and then you'd have to decide whether to go for a mask or some smoky eye make up...
