I sell a version of this on ETSY, but they're wooden tag pendants (about 2 square inches, unfinished before I paint it) painted with chalkboard paint (at least 2 coats, embellished and hung from a ribbon as well. The extra space makes it a little easier to write on (more than a couple letters). You can use them as necklaces, but you can also use them as pretty dangling reminders (like erasable post it notes) from mirrors, drawer pulls, on the fridge, rearview mirror, etc.
