I'm looking for anyone who can use Flash to create video games for my website. I'm looking for anything from a side-scrolling adventure to an interactive crossword puzzle.

I'd be willing to pay you under the following conditions:

1. You provide me with an example of your previous Flash video game work.

2. Your don't ask for an astronomical amount of money (I live off of a student salary).

3. I can pay you half up front (after seeing your demo/example) and the other half after you've completed the game.

4. If the end result doesn't meet whatever standards we discuss, I get my payment back in full (but don't worry, I'm really not that hard to please).

If you have yet to see Juno, I suggest you park your butt in a seat and watch it. The sarcastic wit makes the movie spectacular, and through the eyes of Juno, teen pregnancy is less of a life-ruining situation and more of an eye-opener to the important things in life (like happiness).
