Lately, my favorite type of bags are satchels, similar to the one from sample projects. I also like those normal sized bags with pockets and nice details. And also with this book I could make a bag I like for school, because sometimes, the nicer the bag, the more expensive it is.

I love bags that are personal and fits the occation! At the moment my favourite one at home is a small one in a pink "fake fur" kind of fabric... But I love bags and it's fun finding a new one to make and personalize so that it fits you...

A messenger bag most definitely. I love having a side strap so you don't have to clutch the purse to your chest, and the style is adorable and useful.

Beside the fact that a bag has to be practical (space for a lot of things, easy to use and made of a strong material), I think it is also very important that your bag is an eye catcher. It is so much more fun to wear a bag, when it gives a finishing touch to your outfit. I'm also very addicted to bags with a funny shape or material. It is very hard to find special bags that are strong and that are not to expensive. I hope I can learn how to make those bags myself, because I think it is super awesome to make your own bags, and every bag is unique.

My favorite kind of bag would have to be the "minimalist" type of bag; a bag that's compact, yet it can still hold just enough. Or just any bag that has tons of pockets to keep me organized! If a bag doesn't have pockets, my life would be in chaos. It's not like pockets can go out of style anyway! Happy

I love all kinds of bags, but my favourite is definitely the tote bag closed with a zip. It can be casual or elegant depending on what is made of, it's easy to sew, it can bring books, fruit and vegetables, or purse, phone and handkerchiefs. One bag, 100 uses!

Messenger bags! With pockets! My dream messenger bag would be one with are deep enough to hold a notebook, a plastic bag with my yarn in it, the pouch I made and lined to organize my crochet hooks and tapestry needles and a pair of scissors. It would also have a couple pouches or pockets to hold my cell phone, wallet and keys! I tend to lose them in the void that is a large purse with tiny or no pockets...

I love large bags, because I can put all my stuff in them, and I like to carry a lot of stuff!)) But more than this I like to have many bags of different sizes, shapes, colors etc. for any occasion. In addition, I must say that I wear only bags that I made myself. I love interesting offbeat bags, so I use unusual things for decorate. For example, you can see in my projects the bag with fan or the bag with photo frames. Also I love to sew bags for my friends as a gift.
I want to win this book because when I make my own patterns, they not always obtained perfectly, and I spend much time on it.

I love Fossil bags... the vintage look, the quality leather and the sheer style all adds up to a beautiful bag. My personal perfect bag would be a medium sized purse, one strap, over the shoulder, magnet closure, with the perfect combination of structure and style and of course a good amount of pockets... I'm still on the hunt but I have faith that if I don't find it one day I can make it Happy

I like all bags!! I have more than the ones I can use hahaha... I even make my own! Happy

But if I had to choose my favorite kind, I would say the ones that have a lot of pockets... I hate it when I can't find my stuff quickly, so I use every pocket available to keep my keys in one place, lip gloss in another, wallet somewhere else... etc.

If I had to choose a favorite kind of decoration for my bag... I would say I like bags that have many zippers and studs... very punk rock Happy

I would really like to win this book to make myself new bags to satisfy my obsession!!! *-*

My favorite kind of bag has a long, adjustable strap, lots of pockets and can hold a TON of stuff - I tend to carry everything with me and it can get pretty disorganized. I like bags that work well with different outfits so I don't have to change them out too often. And it has to be sturdy!

My favourite kind of bag is one I make myself, one that feels like part of what I'm wearing, like an old, comfortable, over-washed pair of jeans. It holds everything I need to carry around and still has a little space left 'just in case'.

My ideal bag would be a waterproof one so it is useful in Dutch weather. It should be big enough to carry my wallet, keys, favorite cinnamon pastilles, a small pillow book, pen, pencil, scissors and glue but small enough to carry it around all day without hurting my shoulders or back. It shouldn't have much pockets because I am used to lose my stuff in a really small place and I get crazy every time I think I lost my keys while they just in my bag but my stuff must be organized in it. Furthermore I want a colour that is striking but fits lots of outfits. I am a bit afraid that a bag that suits my requirements is very hard to find so I should make it myself.

My ideal bag would be big and roomy made out of a durable, rugged fabric with lots of pockets/compartments that fasten, entirely water proof or water resistant or have a built in water resistant cover attached, durable zipper to close off the entire bag, a generous and a comfortable shoulder strap or handles big enough to carry on my shoulder. I would like it to have all of this and stay in the affordable range. I don't own a sewing machine, but would not be opposed to trying to make this myself, if I knew what kind of material and zippers to use.

I love all kinds of bags, but if I had to choose just one favorite, it would be a cross body bag. My main reason, is because it's safer to carry and less likely to get "pick-pocketed" I carry one now, that my husband found for me at Toys R Us of Yoshi from Super Mario Bros. My favorite cross body bag i owned a long time ago, was one I only paid $1 for, and it was a roomy bag, full of pockets. I'm able to carry less into a bag that has so much more
