Cook a traditional fish fry in #AroundTheWorldIn80Dishes with Gingham in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Wisconsin is are hodgepodge of European settlers. We are a land of farmers. Our cuisine is reflective of this. Like potatoes. I love Potatoes. And Cheese. Yes. Lots and lots of cheese. Seriously, how can it be that no other places in the world has cheese curds (I hear they are terrible if they do). Here they are sold at almost every restaurant and definitely every festival or fair.

Travel Wishlist:

If I'm traveling strictly for food I would good to Japan. I would love to go to the market early in the morning and eat fish that was just caught that day and prepared there. Every time I watch a food travel show that takes place in Japan my mind is always blown.
