How would you describe your style?

Slightly boyish, sometimes minimalist, obsessed with stripes and ripped jeans

What's your favourite piece in your wardrobe?

It has to be my chambray pants - with a drawstring waist and relaxed fit, they're just so comfortable! They go with pretty much everything in my wardrobe and are perfect for every season.

Who are your style icons?

Audrey Hepburn, Jean Seberg, Winona Ryder from the 90s, Jenna Lyons.

Do you have any favourite designers?

Ralph Lauren for the timelessness of his pieces; Rei Kawakubo for her innovation; Olivier Rousteing for the details in his designs.

Where are your favourite places to shop for new clothes?

I love Australian stores Witchery and Country Road - their pieces appeal to the minimalist in me. I go to Zara or Mango for basics, and always hit up Asos if I ever do online shopping.

Do you make or customise your outfits?

Being 5'0" tall it was important for me to learn how to sew and take up my own jeans and pants, otherwise I'd be spending a fortune at the tailor! I also love taking old or thrifted pieces and turning them into something new.

Do you have any great tips for mixing up and personalising an outfit?

It's really important that you feel comfortable in whatever you're wearing - that old cliche "you wear the clothes, don't let the clothes wear you" is really true. Accessories are a great way to personalise your outfit - even if your outfit is pretty basic, if you have a statement watch or piece of jewellery these can really lift your look.

Which other fashion blogs do you love to read?

Sincerely Jules - I love her easy, effortless style. Honestly WTF for the fashion DIYs. Modern Legacy for her minimalist outfits.
