We're experimenting with Teeling Whiskey in this week's Cocktail Hour and mixing up a Manhattan, Irish Cream and an Apple & Whisky Cake.


Classic: Manhattan

A classic cocktail combining Teeling Whiskey with Sweet Vermouth, bitters and a cherry on top.

Twist: Apple & Whisky Cake

Infused with Teeling Whisky, this heart warming cake is topped with baked apples and drizzled in a sticky caramel sauce.

Unique: Irish Cream

Even though Teeling Whiskey tastes great on it's own or with a little ice, we couldn't resist indulging our sweet tooth by infusing our own Irish Cream with it.
