Living in Carlisle we're lucky to have lots of lovely local produce available. As well as lots of meat dishes such as, Cumberland sausage, there are sweet treats and fruits such as the local Carlisle Codlin apple. With regular farmers markets all over the city there's plenty of opportunity to shop local and fresh.
