We're experimenting with Gin Mare from the Mediterranean for this week's Cocktail Hour and mixing up a Clover Club, Pomegranate, Apple & Gin Tonic and some indulgent Rosemary & Gin Chocolate Pots.


Classic: Clover Club

A classic cocktail to cool down with in the heat, this drink combines Gin Mare with grenadine, egg white and lemon juice. Best served in a chilled glass!

Twist: Rosemary & Gin Chocolate Pots

Sure to please any chocolate lover, these indulgent puddings are laced with Gin Mare, infused with rosemary and topped with sea salt.

Unique: Pomegranate, Apple & Gin Tonic

Inspired by the Mediterranean, this gin & tonic combines Gin Mare with apple, lemon and pomegranate seeds.
