Trotter's Independent Condiments Giveaway

We're getting creative in the CO+K kitchen with Trotter's Independent Condiments for our new Craft Test and making a Chocolate Marmalade Cake, Spicy Chili Pepper Noodles and Blackcurrant Negroni.


Chocolate Marmalade Cake

The whisky marmalade added the perfect edge to my dark chocolate orange cake.

Blackcurrant Negroni

Using a spoonful of Trotter's blackcurrant jam, we put a fruity twist on the negroni cocktail combining it with gin, Camapari and Vermouth.

Spicy Chili Pepper Noodles

These noodles combine Trotter's Hot Pepper Jelly with bell peppers, red chilis, spring onions and paneer cheese for a tasty spicy dish.
